Shipping policy
The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order Review, Customization, Quality, Inspection and Packaging. All orders are normally sent to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours after order is placed and payment is received.
Delivery Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship items from our warehouse to the destination.
USA
: Standard Secure Shipping and Insurance takes 1 week for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
AUSTRALIA, Canada, UK and EUROPE:
Standard Secure Shipping and Insurance takes 1-2 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Other Countries:
Standard Secure Shipping and Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Insured Shipping: If an item is lost or arrives damaged in delivery, we will send you a replacement item free of charge, provided sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be moved to the top of our order list that we send to our manufacturers each day. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the estimated time may remain similar/the same as the standard shipping time. Your item will also be insured.
**Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times as we have warehouses in different locations. **
Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and show correct tracking information.
Note that shipping to some countries may take longer than estimated.
Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we work hard to ship everything out as quickly as possible. Change Request
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to change it. Please check that you have selected the correct size and colour to avoid disappointment.
